Payment Cash, cheque or credit/ debit card. Cheques payable to Chesterfield Borough Council. All cards are subject to a transaction fee of 50p.

Ticket Information

 

Local Companies/Hirers Tickets for these productions may be pre-sold by the companies themselves. Therefore, when booking opens at the Box Office, availability may be limited.

Reservations
will be held for a maximum of 4 working days. On the day of a performance, reservations are held until 30 minutes before the start of the show.

Group Bookings
Discounts for groups of 10 or more are usually available – ask at the Box Office.

Concessions
Where applicable, concessions are available to:
• Children under 16
• Adults over 60
• People claiming Job Seekers Allowance
• Full time students
• People in receipt of Council Tax or Housing Benefit Rebate

Please be prepared to provide proof of status.

Theatre Tokensare accepted for many performances at the Pomegranate Theatre – look out for the symbol on the theatre pages.

Ticket Exchangescan only be offered if tickets are returned at least 24 hours prior to the performance. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance or for credit vouchers. A charge will be made for this service. We can only refund ticket money in the event of cancellation by the venue.

Children are welcome at the Theatre and the Winding Wheel but please note the following:
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• All children, regardless of age, must have a ticket for the performance
• Booster seats are available at the Pomegranate Theatre

Access to both venues are committed to making your visit as welcoming as possible and we offer a range of access facilities to ensure an easy and

enjoyable experience for all our customers. Please tell the Box Office if you need any special help.

Impaired Mobility
Both venues have designated spaces in the stalls/auditorium for wheelchair users, and have adapted toilets. Performances in the Ballroom of the Winding Wheel are suitable for wheelchair users, access via a lift. The Pomegranate Theatre bar is accessible by wheelchair lift. Please be aware that health and safety regulations require that users remain in the wheelchair during performances. Essential companions are admitted free of charge.

Hearing Impaired
Hearing assistors are available at both venues

Sight Impaired
We welcome guide dogs. Large text and electronic versions of the programme are available on request.
