Smug Roberts and Bethany Black
Spotlight Comedy Club

Hosted by Resident Compere Anthony J Brown

SMUG ROBERTS
As seen in Phoenix Nights, That Peter Kay Thing and the critically acclaimed Ken Loach film Looking For Eric, Smug is a venerated veteran of the British comedy circuit. He’s a headline act all over the UK and a cult hero in his native Manchester.

BETHANY BLACK
The self-styled Fairy Gothmother, Bethany Black has quickly established herself as an effortlessly engaging act with her razorblade style of risqué humour. Her material is as black as her eye shadow and her delivery as deadpan as a goth at a garden centre, all in a neat PVC package.
